At Kangeyan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🛑 Order Cancellation
Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders, if the cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Note: Perishable items like dairy products are not eligible for return unless the above conditions are met.

💸 Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (you’ll need to share your bank details securely with our support team).
